City Experience
After much planning and organising, our Year 9 Inquiry students and teachers spent this week in Melbourne for a city experience.
They loved visiting the MCG and the National Sports Museum, especially the interactive Game On section where they all got a taste of some sporting action.
After the fun of the Game On section and much to the delight of the students, they then went behind the scenes of the MCG, taking a tour of the background areas of the G that most people don’t get to see including players’ dressing rooms, coaches rooms and the drug testing room.
They students were even allowed to take a stroll on the hallowed MCG turf. It was a wonderful, interactive and learning experience for the students.
