On Tuesday 30 March, our very excited Year 7 students boarded buses heading to PGL camp in Kyneton. Transitioning to high school is a big step and presents a series of challenges for any child – there’s solving problems, coping with new situations and environments, and making new friends.

This camp aimed to provide students with opportunities to explore their full potential through the facilitation of unique outdoor adventure experiences. This program had an exhilarating level of challenges through activities and allowed students to interact and build positive friendships with their peers.

Some activities the students took part in;

  • Abseiling
  • Canoeing
  • Team exercises
  • Challenge course
  • Raft building
  • Archery
  • Flying fox
  • Initiative exercises
  • Climbing
  • Possum glider
